Your Complete User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and bj326 ("bj326," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the bj326 website located at bj326.org, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any services offered therein.

• Single Account: You must not hold, or have previously held, any other active or suspended bj326 account. Each individual is permitted exactly one account on the platform.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access bj326 Services, you must create an account through the official registration process available at bj326.org. Account creation implies your full acceptance of these Terms.

• Registration Data: You agree to provide your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, a functional email address, and accurate date of birth during registration. All fields are mandatory.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bj326 will never request your password under any circumstances. If you disclose your credentials to a third party, bj326 accepts no liability for any resulting unauthorized access or loss.
• Suspected Unauthorized Access: If you suspect your bj326 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify bj326 support immediately via live chat or email. You remain liable for all activity conducted through your account until such notification is received and actioned.
• Account Closure on Request: You may request the closure of your bj326 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completed identity verification.
• Duplicate Accounts: The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit via mobile wallets (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) is Rs 100. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 500. Minimum amounts are subject to change and the current limits displayed in the Cashier take precedence.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your bj326 balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes. bj326 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawal requests are processed only after satisfactory completion of identity verification. Real-money funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 200.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes during normal operational hours. bj326 reserves up to 48 hours for processing in exceptional circumstances.
• Withdrawal to Source: bj326 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit payment method as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Transaction Limits: Daily and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. These limits may be tiered based on account verification level and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. bj326 will reject transactions linked to third-party accounts and may suspend any account involved in such transactions pending investigation.

bj326 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions attached to individual promotions.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by bj326 are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is completed in full.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates for each game category are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may hold only one active deposit bonus at a time unless bj326 explicitly permits otherwise in writing within a specific promotion's terms.
• Abuse and Exploitation: bj326 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings generated from a bonus, and terminate any account that bj326 reasonably believes is engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay engagement.
• Right to Modify or Cancel: bj326 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion and begun satisfying its conditions at the time of cancellation will have their eligibility assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bj326 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and permanent termination, including forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals where the conduct involves fraud, abuse, or criminal activity.

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud including the use of stolen payment methods, identity fraud, chargeback fraud, or the submission of falsified identity documents.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game type — including poker, live casino games, or sports betting syndicates operating in violation of fair play rules.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, exploits, or any technical means to gain an advantage over the platform or other players outside of normal gameplay.

All content on the bj326 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and trademarks — is the property of bj326 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• License to Use: bj326 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any bj326 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of bj326 intellectual property may result in legal action.

• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds per session, per day, or per week. Once a loss limit is reached, the user's account is automatically restricted from further gameplay until the relevant period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 30 days to a permanent lifetime exclusion. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, the user's account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Age Restriction Enforcement: bj326 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction at all stages of the user lifecycle. Age verification documents are required before withdrawal processing. Detected underage accounts are closed without delay.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj326 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree that all disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against bj326.

bj326 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. • Continued Use: Your continued use of the bj326 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
• Version Control: The current version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this document. Previous versions of the Terms are archived and available upon written request to the support team.
